mmmilk...




My mom has always told me this but I never really believed. Two new studies support the idea that chocolate milk is the best post-excercise drink. In an article by lifehacker they referred to two new studies that show





"athletes who drank low-fat chocolate milk after a hard workout (as opposed to those who drank sports beverages with just carbohydrates) developed more muscle and less fat, as well as imporved workout times."
